This weekend definitely feels like it went by so fast.  I guess with this being busy season and having to work on Saturdays, my weekends are shorter (insert sad face).

My husband and I are one of those couples that do not celebrate valentine’s day.  It’s just another day in our household.  I put together these three looks with different people and differing styles in mind.  If we were to go out to dinner, I personally would opt for the more casual look.

For a slightly dressy look, I went with a white dress and paired it with a pair of nude heels. These coral colored shoes are the best nude shoes for those of us with dark skin.  They are comfortable and very light.  They are definitely going to be a wardrobe staple this summer.  I love them so much I will probably purchase another pair.  Every time I find a pair of shoes I love, when its time to replace them, I can never find them.

For a more casual look I paired a chunky knit turtleneck sweater, boyfriend jeans, and a masculine camel coat.

For the dressier look, I went with a red dress, black feminine coat, and black heels with a red platform.  These shoes are one of my favorites.  The hint of red always makes the shoes standout.

Time for some coffee and ready to tackle this Monday!
