Wedding Guest Outfit

Weddings are fun, but can also be stressful when it comes to trying to find the perfect wedding guest outfit.  One of our friends got married in July, and I had nothing at all to wear. Well, I am sure I could have searched in my closet and pulled out this little black dress.  It’s my go to whenever I just can’t find something to wear.  However, since I had just worn it to the last wedding we had attended prior to this one, I figured I needed to switch it up. Had it been a different set of friends, I probably would have worn by trusted little black dress.

I first saw this black & white striped dress as I was scrolling the Nordstrom website.  Of course, by the time I decided to purchase it my size had sold out.  I checked the Topshop website, and sure enough they had my size in stock.

Getting dressed for weddings is easier on guys I think.  My husband owns a few suits that he switches out for every occasion that requires him to wear a suit.  He discovered a company called Indochino that makes men’s custom suits.  A more detailed blog post about them is in the works.  Every time he puts on a suit I always feel like he has an extra pep in his step.  The man certainly knows when he looks good.
