Disclaimer: I was paid by Chico’s for an instagram post, however, this blog post is not sponsored. I wanted to be able to share all the looks I got and give some honest feedback on the items I got.

For sizing reference I am normally between a size 10 and 12 depending on the retailer. You might have looked at the Chico’s sizes and wondered what on earth? At Chicos I range between a size 1 and size 2. Their sizing charts on the website are very spot on if you put in your measurements correctly. Also, do not second guess the size suggested. If you shop in store their sales people have always been very helpful. They actually had a lady a while back at one of our stores who just looked at me and knew exactly what size I was. She was amazing!

This high low linen hem dress was the first thing that caught my eye out of their linen collection. I was pleasantly surprised when it came with a slip because most linen pieces I see are usually see through. I could style this dress with a pair of sandals for a dressed down look. Switch out the belt for one of my wild belts and a pair of heels to dress it up. I could also ditch the slip, unbutton it all the way and use it as a bathing suit coverup.

This striped hem linen dress with a side slit is another that will be a staple in my wardrobe. I could style it as is for a casual look. Or I could add a blazer and some heels to wear it to the office. The slits are not too high up. Colder months I could add a turtleneck underneath or I could throw on a chunky knit sweater over it.

These wide leg linen pants paired with a linen t-shirt have become my mom uniform. I do not have to worry about what I am wearing during our mid day walks. I also styled it with a chunky necklace and bracelet.

This chunky necklace gives me Diane Lockhart vibes (character from the Good Wife).

A close up of the bracelet which would also be great to stack with other bracelets.

I also picked up a pair of linen shorts. Remember when I said make sure you follow the sizing recommendations by online when you enter your measurements. The Chicos site suggested I take a size 1.5 and I went with a 1. As you can see the shorts are a tad snug. Since I have been working out, I am keeping this size because I should be able to nicely fit into them in a few weeks.
I am loving all the linen pieces that I picked out and they will definitely be getting tons of wear. I also love this tie dye kimono and might just have to buy it.
