I think we can all agree that this year’s Halloween is going to be super unique. With that being said, I plan on making the best of it with my family. When Halloween rolls around, I like to spend a few weekends celebrating any way we can. This year, since we’ve missed out on so much, I plan on making it extra special. Here is how to have the best Halloween Party ever with Dollar General!  

Have a Halloween Baking & Craft Party 

I don’t know about you, but we always have a Christmas baking party, so why not have a Halloween one? To make things extra special I also enjoy doing crafts with our toddler. Baking and crafts go together like peanut butter and jelly.  

Of course, we live really close to a Dollar General, so I always pick up my supplies there. This year, we are doing No-Bake Cheesecake that I can make with our toddler. I was also able to pick up a craft of a dinosaur that you sculpt. Because I didn’t have a pie pan, I was also able to pick one of those up in the store.  

 

Create a Halloween Game & Movie Night 

Another way to make this the best Halloween party ever is to have a game and movie night. When I was at Dollar General, I was able to pick up the Despicable Me movie and popcorn. I also came across a Mystery Board game for my husband and me. We all love sitting around the living room watching the television. With having little ones, it’s a nice distraction. 

Don’t Forget the Decorations 

Half the fun of Halloween is the decorating part. Before we have our baking and craft party or decide to watch a movie and play games, we always decorate! I was able to pick up  Halloween decor for the mantle and inside of the fireplace and it looks incredible. I love that I can ALL of my shopping for Halloween right at Dollar General. 

 

Dollar General Food For the Win 

When you have a party, you truly need all of the snacks that you can get your hands on. Here are some of the food items I was able to pick up at Dollar General for our party!  

• Halloween candy: I got our favorite candy, Kit Kats and Candy Corn. There are also other candy varieties there to choose from.  
• Chips: There is so much variety to choose from.  
• Drinks: Don’t forget to stock up on drinks! 
• Snacks: Yes, there are tons of snack options at DG.  

• Themed decor: You can also pick up themed plates, cups, napkins, and other decor from your local DG.  

You can have a fantastic Halloween food and drink spread from Dollar General. Just write it all down, so you don’t forget anything.
